The Rev. Sarah Fisher is the Rector of St. Catherine's Episcopal Church in Marietta, Georgia.  

 

A native of Athens Georgia, she graduated from Agnes Scott College (1993) before attending The General Theological Seminary in New York City where she received her Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in 2005.  Sarah served as Rector of St. Peter's Episcopal Church, located near Wrigley Field (Go Cubs!).

 

Upon returning to Georgia, she served as a chaplain resident at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Interim Rector at Grace-Calvary in Clarkesville and Associate Rector at St. Patrick's in Dunwoody. 

 

Sarah serves as the Vice President of the Board of TENS, The Episcopal Network for Stewardship and is a trainer with the College for Congregational Development. 

 

Sarah is passionate about writing, laughing, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with friends. She is on an eternal quest to find the perfect pair of socks. 

 

Sarah is married to Mandy, who is also an Episcopal priest and is mother to Bayton the Black Lab.
