Join us for an engaging evening with Dr. Robyn Fivush, Emory’s Samuel Candler Dobbs Emeritus Professor of Psychology, as she reveals how family stories shape identity, resilience, and well‑being.

Tickets are FREE (but limited). Also, we allow you to "pay what you want" as a donation to cover the costs of food, speaker honorarium, and childcare. Your gift ensures Faithful Families events remain free!

Evening Schedule

• 3:45 – 4:05 PM • Check‑in & Introductions

  • Arrive, grab name tags, and settle in. Childcare is available so parents can focus on the presentation (families welcome to stay together if preferred).

• 4:10 – 5:00 PM • Presentation & Q&A

  • Dr. Fivush shares key insights on autobiographical memory and family narratives (30–45 min), followed by a 10–15 min Q&A.

• 5:00 – 5:05 PM • Family Reunited

  • Children return to parents for the dinner portion.

• 5:05 – 6:00 PM • Dinner & Tabletop Activities

  • Enjoy a simple, family‑friendly meal. At each table, practice storytelling prompts with photos, heirlooms, or memory cues—putting Dr. Fivush’s strategies into action.

• 6:00 – 6:15 PM • Closing Reflections

  • Share final thoughts, insights, and group takeaways before you head home.
