Lesley joins the team!
Welcome Lesley Garcia, the new part-time Worship materials and Communications Coordinator. Lesley joins us Oct 5th for orientation. Lesley's work hours will be Monday thru Wednesday 9 am to 2 pm. Lesley's role is focused on our print worship materials and our internal electronic communications like newsletter and all-parish emails, etc. After her initial orientation to her primary responsibilities, she will assume the registrar functions administered through Realm and by communication with other parishes for letters of transfer etc.
Lesley will work out of the front office. Lesley's role is limited to these primary responsibilities and she is not handling other duties like scheduling and room use (Jess), room setup for special events (Jess), hospitality (Lay committee), realm giving or finance (Lindsey) for other questions ask Mo Pat which staff or lay committee has assumed that ministry.
