What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches that connect your mind

and body. Known for its ability to improve relaxation, balance, and its ease of

use for older adults. It is easy, enjoyable and safe for people with mild, moderate

and severe joint involvement and back pain. It is especially appropriate for adults who

have a higher risk of falling.

The Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention Program focuses on

improving movement, decreasing falls, and connecting with peers. The program teaches
