We recently asked some of our faithful pledgers about why they choose to pledge to St. Cat's and how it makes a difference in their lives.

Why I Pledge?
“Because of the people of St. Cat's that greeted me the first time I ever visited. They welcomed me and made me feel at home.”
“I feel I am required to support my church financially so it can do the work we are called to do.”
“I feel I should support my church financially.”
“I believe I should give my gifts (time and talent) to ministries.”
“To me pledging to the church is an investment. It helps St. Catherine’s affect the wider world around us.”
“I support St. Catherine’s financially because we do the right things.”
“We believe we care more about our church if we are financially invested in it.”
How Does It Make A Difference in My Life?
“Giving gives me peace in my role in the world, that I am helping make the world a little better place.”
“There is a lot I don’t know about who needs what. I trust St. Catherine’s knows who needs help and how to best help them.”
“Formation has given me more confidence in understanding the Bible and in the traditions of the church.”
“It offers me a sense of belonging.”
