Serving at St. Catherine’s
Youth Lay Readers
We love having youth participate in the liturgy. Weekly at the 8:30 A.M. service, a youth reader offers the second lesson. Contact Trey Phillips for more information.
Adult Lay Readers and Chalice Bearers
There are several opportunities to help lead during the worship service. Adults are invited to be readers, lead the Prayers of the People or assist the clergy with Holy Communion. Contact Rebecca Roberts for more information.

Acolytes
Acolytes assist the clergy during worship services. Our youngest begin as torch bearers and work their way up to leading our acolyte teams. For more information, contact Rachel Hutton.

Choir
We have three choirs: The Chancel Choir (adult), The Choristers (youth), and the Cherub Choir (young children).
-
The Chancel Choir sings at the 11:15 A.M. service and is led by Dr. Brian Williams. They rehearse on Wednesday night and Sunday morning. For more information, contact Dr. Brian Williams.
-
The Choristers sing at the 8:45 A.M. service and is led by Dr. Jana Williams. They rehearse on Wednesday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Elementary-age (who can read) through high school students may participate. For more information, contact Dr. Jana Williams.
Ushers and Greeters
Flower Guild
Our ushers and greeters are often the first faces people see when they come to St. Catherine’s. If your gifts include hospitality and welcoming others, this ministry might be perfect for you. For more information, please contact Rachel Hutton.
The Flower Guild creates beauty, through flowers, for our worship. For more information, please contact Pat Pepper.
Altar Guild
The table of bread and wine is made ready. This behind-the-scenes ministry is vital for all to be fed at God's table. For more information, please contact Pat Pepper.
